Banking Advisor Affluent

Description
To support the proactive management of an affluent client portfolio by partnering with Private Bankers to deliver insightful analysis, conduct research, and ensure seamless execution of sales and service activities, focusing on identifying opportunities to onboard new clients and expand relationships with existing ones.
Requirements
- Relevant NQF Level 7 Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Completed RE5 qualification.
- 2-3 years' experience within a Sales/Service area of a banking/financial environment.
- Proven ability to provide sound services and recommendations based on customer and client needs.
- Experience in compiling reports that track progress and guide business decisions.
- Effective management of leads pipeline.
- Strong analytical skills for client portfolio analysis.
- Proactive client engagement capabilities.
- Understanding of financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.
- Experience in achieving financial targets and upholding service levels.
- Ability to manage existing clients and generate new leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sound services and recommendations based on customer and client needs, current information, and trends.
- Provide efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting, and updating of all relevant information.
- Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.
- Ensure effective management of the leads pipeline.
- Support sales through analysis of client portfolio and proactive client engagement.
- Assist with profit growth for the business through sales and acquisition of new clients.
- Achieve expected financial targets and uphold associated service levels.
- Identify opportunities to expand our customer base with creditworthy and potentially profitable customers.
- Ensure growth and increase in customer base by managing existing clients, generating new leads and growing active customer account base.
- Deliver exceptional and high-quality advice that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
- Contribute to a culture of service excellence, building positive relationships and providing exceptional service.
