Description
To effectively manage service preparation, provide excellent customer service through quick, accurate, and friendly attention, receive payments with correct bill preparation, and complete shift cash-ups accurately and thoroughly in a Food & Beverage environment.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) certificate.
- Good numeracy skills (NQF Level 4).
- Competent verbal and written English skills.
- At least one year's experience in a restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of menu items and service preparation.
- Understanding of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
