Description
To provide operational leadership in delivering an integrated HR service, aligning people practices with business objectives while ensuring compliance, enabling effective employee relations, and driving organisational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Relevant NQF Level 7 qualification in Human Resources Management.
- Additional qualification in Remuneration will be advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant HR experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
- At least 4 years' experience in remuneration practices and employee benefits.
- Strong knowledge of labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA).
- Sound knowledge of HR practices, reward principles, and systems.
- Strong computer literacy and SAP experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
- Ability to influence, build relationships, and drive results.
- Medically fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
- Provide HR advisory and support to management and employees.
- Handle employee relations matters (disciplinary, grievance, incapacity, CCMA preparation).
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
- Support workforce planning and organisational design initiatives.
- Administer remuneration, benefits, and incentive schemes.
- Maintain HR systems (including SAP) and ensure data integrity.
- Compile and analyse HR reports and metrics.
- Drive employee engagement, communication, and stakeholder relations.
- Implement cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage the contractor management function.
