Supervisor Non-Tech Warehousing

To implement, control, and supervise warehouse business activities and processes, ensuring efficient materials management, vehicle load optimisation, safety compliance, and administrative support within the Supply Chain operations.

• National Diploma / National N Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Commerce at NQF Level 6 with 240 credits.
• 2 years of experience in Supply Chain operations and materials management.
• Knowledge of materials management computer systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations (OHS Act).
• Understanding of inventory and warehouse management principles.
• Knowledge of quality control and material classification.
• Understanding of logistics management.
• Knowledge of SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality).
• Understanding of legal liability and people relations.
• Valid driver's license (advantageous).

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Control and ensure vehicle and vehicle load optimisation.
• Control safety and good housekeeping activities in the warehouse.
• Perform administrative activities, including reporting and record-keeping.
• Assist with the implementation of procedures and business processes.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control.
• Coordinate logistics and materials movement.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of materials and inventory.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding materials management.
