Description

Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Training Administrator to coordinate, organize, and track all training programs and initiatives within the organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities. The Training Administrator will collaborate with the Team Lead and trainers, maintain accurate training records, and ensure the seamless execution of learning events.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (NQF Level 6)
  • At least 2 years of experience working within a training or Human Resources environment
  • Solid understanding of training and development processes, methodologies, and tools
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and Gmail)
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training databases (Axonify experience is a major plus)
  • Basic understanding of training needs analysis (TNA) and assessment
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule training sessions and collaborate with the Team Lead and trainers to ensure seamless execution of learning events
  • Maintain accurate employee training records and manage learning tracking systems (including Axonify platform)
  • Distribute surveys, compile participant feedback, and generate post-training reports to continuously elevate programs
  • Act as the primary point of contact for training inquiries from employees, trainers, and various business departments
  • Coordinate the procurement of materials, manage training venues/facilities, and handle technology or equipment setups
  • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, resolving queries or complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Take ownership of workflow and maintain high professional standards
  • Collaborate actively with team members to meet team objectives
  • Support training needs analysis (TNA) and assessment processes
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all training activities
