External Sales Rep

MCE Electric is seeking a dynamic and motivated External Sales Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record of bringing in new business. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and securing new sales opportunities, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Matric certificate
• Minimum of 3 years in external sales
• Relevant degree or diploma in Sales, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, preferably within the electrical industry
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel frequently within the JHB region
• South African citizen or valid work authorization

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue
• Provide clients with in-depth knowledge and advice on the company's wide range of electrical products and services
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively
• Conduct frequent travel to meet with clients and prospects
• Represent the company professionally at all times
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs
