Description
Tiger Brands is seeking an Administration Clerk to manage the Imex approval process and ensure compliance of site controls. The successful candidate will process all Imex deliveries, reconcile deliveries, handle delivery queries, process purchase orders and receipts, prepare customer deals and contract registers, and assist with stock count activities while ensuring compliance with SOPs.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Business Administration and FMCG environment
- Strong communication skills
- Administrative competence
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with stock count procedures
- South African citizen or valid work authorization
- Clear criminal record
- Willingness to work onsite in Bellville
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Imex approval process and ensure compliance of site controls
- Process all Imex deliveries and reconcile all Imex deliveries
- Handle all Imex delivery queries and resolve issues promptly
- Process Purchase Orders and process receipts of site purchase orders
- Prepare Customer Deals from the site
- Prepare contract registers (Offal Customers, etc.)
- Open Vendor Applications from Site and open Customer accounts from Site
- Issue and prepare Staff hampers
- Manage stationary issues and the stationary store
- Assist with Stock Count, Stock Count Capturing, and ensure Stock Count compliance
