Truck Driver
To transport goods and building materials safely and efficiently across Gauteng and North West, ensuring timely deliveries, load security, vehicle maintenance, and professional customer service.
- Valid Code 10 driving licence with Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
- At least three years of driving experience.
- Previous truck driving experience.
- A clean driving record.
- Good knowledge of routes around Gauteng and North West.
- Honesty and reliability.
- Physical fitness for long working hours.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Own reliable transport to and from work (essential).
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate (preferred but not specified).
- Operate the company truck safely and responsibly.
- Collect and deliver goods and materials to designated locations.
- Load and offload goods, ensuring proper handling and security.
- Secure loads properly before transportation to prevent damage.
- Inspect the vehicle before, during, and after trips for safety and maintenance.
- Report vehicle faults promptly to management.
- Complete and submit required documentation accurately.
- Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
- Follow traffic laws and company policies at all times.
- Maintain the truck's cleanliness and keep the vehicle in good condition.
- Provide good customer service to clients and colleagues.
