Description
To provide operational consulting services to clients, ensuring effective administration and management of employee benefits, retirement funds, and related financial products, while delivering exceptional client service and support.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, or related field (advantageous).
- 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits, retirement fund administration, or operational consulting.
- Knowledge of retirement fund legislation (Pension Funds Act, Income Tax Act).
- Experience with employee benefit administration systems.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Understanding of service level agreements (SLAs) and operational processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational consulting services to clients on employee benefits and retirement funds.
- Manage the administration of retirement funds, including member records, contributions, and claims.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review operational reports for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Resolve client queries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct operational reviews and recommend improvements.
- Support client meetings and presentations as required.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and legislative changes.
