SAP Young Professionals Program South Africa 2026

The SAP Young Professionals Program is a free 2-month initiative delivered by the Digital Skills Center of SAP, designed to give recent graduates the certifications and soft skills required to begin a career as an SAP Associate Consultant. At the end of the training, SAP will work closely with program graduates to introduce them to opportunities with SAP customers and partners. The program includes globally-recognised associate-level SAP certifications, training directly from SAP experts, and classroom and workshop-based training in SAP Technologies.

• Legal right to work in South Africa
• Currently unemployed or employed in a part-time/non-permanent role not related to career aspirations
• Educated to at least Bachelor level in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field
• Graduated within the last 3 years with a GPA in the top quartile (proof may be requested)
• Keen interest in starting an SAP-related career involving travel
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Full-time availability from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday throughout the 2-month training period
• Strong internet connection at home to participate in virtual live classroom training
• Program commences by mid-May 2026

• Contribute to blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phases of S/4HANA projects
• Provide business process and functional expertise to clients
• Deliver project guidance to clients to ensure their investment in SAP software and consulting services makes their business the best-run business
• Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction in each account
• Grow and develop referenceable customers through investigation, analysis, consulting, coaching, knowledge transfer, and relationship-building efforts
• Complete all training modules and earn globally-recognised associate-level SAP certifications
• Participate actively in classroom and workshop-based training in SAP Technologies
• Develop soft skills needed to prepare for successful job applications
• Engage with SAP experts and peers throughout the training program
• Pursue job opportunities within the SAP Ecosystem after training completion
