Description
Incredible Connection is seeking a hard-working and energetic Part-Time Service Centre Administrator / Cashier to join their fast-paced retail environment at Cavendish Square in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for the professional interaction with customers to ensure the accurate processing of all transactions and administration of cellular, credit, and lay-by offerings to meet set targets. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a high level of accuracy, honesty, and integrity.
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Numeracy skills and ability to work with money accurately
- Computer literacy with MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Practical experience in a financial and administration role
- SAP experience (advantageous)
- Cellular and credit vetting experience
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Written and verbal communication skills with good telephone etiquette
- Teamwork orientation and target-driven mindset
- Customer-centric with knowledge of company policies, practices, and processes
Key Responsibilities
- Deal with customers in a customer-centric manner at all times
- Achieve individual targets for cellular, credit, and lay-by offerings
- Perform cellular and credit administration accurately and efficiently
- Process transactions and complete cash ups according to procedures
- Practice effective self-management and work collaboratively within a team
- Maintain security and housekeeping standards in the service centre
- Manage reception and switchboard duties professionally
- Detect and prevent fraudulent activities in all transactions
- Ensure conscientious handling of all customer interactions
- Adhere to relevant Company policies, practices, processes, and systems
